This platform trains legal, financial, scientific, and operational professionals in the implementation of TFP-governed instruments — from clause drafting to trigger monitoring to restoration finance. It is not a theory program. It is a deployment curriculum.

SECTION 1 — WHAT IS THIS PLATFORM
c-eco.institute is the research, training, and institutional development environment of the c-ECO Institute. It provides practitioner tools, training curricula, and technical resources designed to support implementation of the c-ECO framework in contracts, monitoring systems, financial instruments, and institutional settings.
The Operational Training Platform is structured around a central problem: understanding the Pre-Threshold Principle and the TFP trigger logic is not sufficient to implement them. A lawyer needs to know how to structure a trigger clause in a project finance agreement. A financial analyst needs to understand how reversibility variables may affect restoration finance. A scientist needs to understand threshold evidence, monitoring logic, and validation requirements. This platform is designed to build that implementation capacity.
Platform Character
This is a practitioner deployment curriculum — not a purely theoretical course. Each module is oriented toward implementation outputs such as drafted clauses, calibrated triggers, validated signals, structured financial mechanisms, or sector-specific governance applications.
What This Platform Is Not

SECTION 2 — WHO IS THIS FOR
The c-ECO operational framework cuts across four professional communities. The underlying threshold logic is shared, while the implementation deliverable differs by professional role. Each track is calibrated to the specific outputs practitioners may need to produce in their professional context.

The curriculum is organized as six modules, structured from foundational concepts to sector-specific deployment. Each module combines c-ECO methodology, threshold logic, implementation exercises, and case-based analysis. Practitioners may complete the full curriculum or follow a pathway appropriate to their track.

Recognition Under an Evolving Methodological Framework
Practitioner recognition under the c-ECO framework is tied to the current methodological and institutional framework of the c-ECO Institute. Training content, technical standards, and implementation protocols may evolve as the research program develops. Continued recognition may therefore require periodic review or renewal.

Renewal requirements, where applicable, may include evidence of continued professional activity, acknowledgement of methodological updates, and completion of an assessment appropriate to the practitioner level.

Access to the Operational Training Platform is subject to professional eligibility screening and program availability. Eligibility may include: (a) relevant professional background; (b) understanding of the platform terms and methodological commitments; and (c) acceptance of applicable participation, confidentiality, and intellectual property terms.
